I was unaware that an African American actress has played the role of Elpheba in Wicked on Broadway. While browsing through YouTube clips today, I came upon a couple of Saycon Sengbloh who has played in several shows on Broadway, including Rent and AIDA. Below are a few clips of her from Wicked.
