Labor Coalition Asks State Justices to Overturn Prop. 8

A coalition of over 50 labor unions has urged the California State Supreme Court to overturn Proposition 8. In their brief, the unions stated that Prop. 8 would amend discriminatino into the state constitution and divide Californians into "suspect classifications."
